Tony Pizzamiglio (left), Marketboomer's Business Development Manager, would like to take this opportunity to welcome Craig Bradbery and his teams at The Swanston Hotel, Grand Mercure and The Mercure Welcome in Melbourne as the newest Marketboomer users.

Craig’s primary focus in implementing Marketboomer is on process efficiencies and control over his sites purchasing activities. Craig’s properties are part of the ERDI Group of Hotels which are managed and branded under the Accor Umbrella. This means that Craig’s properties take advantage of established Accor contracted pricing as negotiated by the specialised procurement team based at head office. With pricing taken care of, Craig is using Marketboomer to drive compliance to these contracts and for structured internal approvals and workflow. Marketboomer provides a simple interface for all of his team members and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

As well as using a number of exisiting Marketboomer enabled suppliers, The Swanston Hotel and The Mercure Welcome have introduced ten new suppliers to the Marketboomer platform in the Melbourne area. We look forward to rolling out additional ERDI properties with the strong business case being established at these two properties.
